The early game on Sunday will be the Arizona/San Diego game, while the late game on the NFL Network will be Birmingham at Memphis. Not sure why. . .something about a Johnny Foosball playing for the Express or something, I don’t know. The times and channels are correct, but the games are flipped. My apologies for the error. Original story follows. We’re drawing closer to the end of the inaugural season of the Alliance of American Football, and so it’s time to bring everyone this week’s schedule and give everyone a place to talk about this weekend’s games with their fellow Minnesota Vikings fans. While the Eastern Division is now, clearly, a two-team race, things are more closely bunched up in the Western Division. Even our adopted team, the Salt Lake Stallions, are not completely out of things yet despite their 2-4 record. This weekend Minnesota Vikings Jerseys 2019 , the Stallions hit the road to take on the Western Division-leading San Antonio Commanders (4-2). These two teams will also meet in the regular season finale in Salt Lake City, but a win here for the Stallions could put them right in the thick of things once again. This will be the prime time game on Saturday, meaning that it will kick off at 7:00 PM Central time and be televised on the NFL Network. The early game on Saturday will be an Eastern Division matchup with the Orlando Apollos, who have the best record in the AAF at 5-1, traveling to take on the 2-4 Atlanta Legends. These two teams met in the regular season opener in Orlando, and the Apollos trounced the Legends to the tune of 40-6. The Apollos did suffer their first loss of the season last weekend, but will they get themselves right at Atlanta’s expense? This one will air at 1:00 PM Central time on Saturday, and will be shown on TNT.The Eastern Division will also be highlighted in the early game on Sunday, with the Memphis Express (2-4) hosting the Birmingham Iron (4-2). This is also a rematch from Week 1 of the regular season, a game that saw the Iron drop a big ol’ goose egg on the Express in Birmingham Infant Dru Samia Jersey , winning by a score of 26-0. This game will kick off at 3:00 PM Central on Sunday, and will be shown on the CBS Sports Network.Week 7 will end in San Diego, with the Arizona Hotshots playing host to the San Diego Fleet. This is another key Western Division matchup, as both teams enter this game with 3-3 records. Much like the other Western Division matchup, these two teams will meet in San Diego in the regular season finale in a few weeks, and with as tightly as the Western Division is bunched, this could go a long way towards determining playoff position. This game will start at 7:00 PM Central on Sunday, and again will be shown on the NFL Network. That’s a look at this week’s AAF schedule, folks. We hope that at least some of you will be enjoying the action. After all, the closer we get to the end of the AAF season Dru Samia Jersey nfl draft , the closer we’ll be to the NFL Draft (the AAF Championship Game will be played on the Saturday of draft weekend). There’s a popular saying that sums up how I feel next season will go among the coaching staff after hiring former Denver Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak as assistant head coach and offensive advisor.“This town isn’t big enough for the two of us.” There will be no medium to this hire. Either it will be great or fans can chalk it up as another, “what the hell?” season. The hiring of Kubiak makes it seem like the front office doesn’t have much faith in Kevin Stefanski leading the offense next season. So does that mean he’s already on the hot seat? To me, after working under offensive coordinators like Norv Turner, Pat Shurmur and even Bill Musgrave, Stefanski had to have learned quite a bit from those three coaches over the course of his 13-year NFL coaching career. Enough to make him fit to lead an offense. Now, if Kubiak actually helps Stefanski instead of telling him what to do then Stefanski will benefit well from Kubiak. However, the one thing that worries me about this situation is how Kubiak was able to bring in his son, Klint, who will serve as the quarterbacks coach and Brian Pariani as tight ends coach. Oh by the way, his kid never has been a QB coach in the NFL Replica Dru Samia Jersey , but did work with the Vikings earlier in his career. (I was wrong about him never being a QB coach, that was my fault y’all). Why didn’t Stefanski get a say in who he wanted as QB or TE coach? Hell, there is even speculation that Kubiak will bring in an offensive line coach. Again, why is that Kubiak’s call and not Stefanski. It really seems to be shaping out to where Stefanski is going to be Kubiak’s puppet. In my opinion, Minnesota is just going to have to many leaders in the room. That’s going to turn into a lot of arguments and testosterone being thrown around the office. It makes me think of the way the coaching staff interacted within the Cleveland Browns organization with Hue Jackson. Jackson had altercations multiple times with his coaching staff. Like with offensive coordinator Todd Haley and defensive coordinator Gregg Williams. Since I’m a Vikings fan and I’m used to weird events happening within the organization I can see Stefanski getting into a bare knuckled boxing match with Kubiak and the two have a fight to the death to see who becomes OC. That’s why Kubiak brought his mafia with him (his son and Pariani ) to help him in case Stefanski has him against the ropes. In short, if I was Stefanski, I’d be worried. I’d even feel a little crappy about the situation and probably would start to question my own strengths as a coach, and wonder if the organization even trusts me as an OC. I trust you Stef, I trust you...
